Design how people brief, review and trust agents, from first run to a team of forty. You will join a small, senior team that ships every week and talks to customers often.
What you will do
Lead end-to-end design for agent creation, review and approvals
Prototype in code or Framer and test with customers every sprint
Shape the 3 Kones design system with engineering
What we are looking for
5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent impact
Clear written communication and good judgement under ambiguity
Curiosity about how AI changes everyday work
